measured my measurement of myself. and here it goes

waist measurement
perfect measurement will be:
waist over hip = 0.7

waist: 23 inch
hip: 31.5 inch

mine= 0.7301
target waist : 22 inch

leg measurement
largest part of thighs: calves : ankle = 5:3:2

right leg(cm)
50 : 33.5 : 20

left leg(cm)
49: 33: 20

anybody know hw to slim down calves? OMG. is seems so impossible!! ahhh!
